Leila said this business was quick and gave her vehicle back when they told her they were going to. It was on time. Everything was awesome. She could not tell it had been scratched. The repair only took a day and a half. They did a good job.

Phyllis said the staff at this facility did everything well and they were very nice. They kept her very well informed and even made sure her rental got back okay. They had to keep her vehicle a couple days longer because a part didn't come in. But they called her to let her know well before it happened.

Jess said when the vehicle was hoisted up and he looked under it, he could tell they had used aftermarket parts because the front bumper had gouges on it. This may have been the insurance company's fault, though. The rest of the paint faded in nicely. The vehicle was ready earlier than promised. He was pleased with the staff's care, concern and communication.

Garrett said he had some issues with his vehicle when he first picked it up from this business and he had to take it back in to have the problems fixed. There was a paint bubble that was not originally there and they did not pay attention to the detail of the vehicle. They had to redo it because the paint bubble was present. The front emblem was damaged and it was not originally damaged when he brought his vehicle in. He was not given a promise of time. He made arrangements for the job to take 2 days but it ended up taking 5 days. They did not think it was going to take that long but they were waiting on a part to come in. In the future he would like if they could give him a date as to when they expect the vehicle to be ready so he can make arrangements around the date given. He was not completely satisfied with the care and concern shown by this facility. When he initially told them about the problems they made no effort to fix them. They provided him with a couple of emails to let him know what was going on but that was it.
