Shannon said when she went to this business to get an estimate, they told her to come back. She said she felt like she was treated very disrespectfully and she feels like it was because she is a woman. When she went back with her vehicle, it was a completely different atmosphere. She does not recall the cleanliness of her vehicle when she got it back. They did not explain the repair process to her, she was told they would fix it. They did not keep her informed at all during the repairs.

David said before going to this business he went to a different facility, and he has found that the other facility was much worse. When he went to this business to get an estimate he was running late, but they accommodated him anyway. He also noted that they did good quality work for exactly the estimated price. They did not do any body work, and their work was a day late and he is unsure of why. He stated that they should have informed him when the found out that his vehicle was going to be another day.

Jodie said she has used this business multiple times. The service is always good and reliable. The only issue was coordinating when she could pick up her vehicle, but she thinks that was more on the insurance company than this business. They took a little longer than the initial estimated time but she was a little skeptical with the date so she was not surprised when it took a little longer. It was 5 to 6 days longer and she thinks it was due to parts. She did not deal with them, her insurance company did since she was out of the country.

Cathy said when she went to the business to pick up her vehicle, she noticed there was a little nick in the paint. She took it back to the business to address the issue. The gentleman she had spoken with about it told her they could not touch it up because they would have to take the vehicle back into the facility, take the bumper off and charge her $800 dollars for touching up the paint. She told him the paint was still soft. He told her it was not and they could not touch it up. She was not happy with the way she was treated because she only wanted them to touch up the spot with a little bit of paint. She said she felt that when she was told they would have to do the repair over that it was uncalled for. She would not recommend the business to others because of the reasons stated.
