Sarah said it took 11 days to get her vehicle back from the business. She only took her vehicle to the business to get her window repaired and she said she felt they could have gotten her vehicle done in a week. They did not give her a reason for the delay. It was a mixture of parts not coming in on time and not having the time to work on it. She had to keep calling the business to find out what was going on with her vehicle and its status. They never called her with updates. There was no paint work performed on the vehicle.
