"Finally able to wait!"
So happy they are now accommodating those of us who don't want to go through the hassle of getting a ride or a loaner just for an oil change. Never understood why we weren't allowed to wait before. I was in and out of there in half an hour. Only problem was my husband was expecting the detailed inspection report we always received in the past. Apparently they don't do it automatically any more like they used to. Next time I'll have to be sure to ask for it. The staff was professional and efficient, but we can't help wondering why Dan and Liz are no longer there.

"Great customer service and car care"
We recently had a car decide to not start. After checking the basics, things we can do in the home garage with limited tools, to no avail, we called Royal Car because they offered free towing with service. They were quick to respond, honest with their assessment, and had the car back on the road in a day. I really appreciated their demeanor over the phone and in person. The labor charges were fair and the technicians were honest. I will definitely return for routine service and repairs when needed on any of my vehicles.

$1000 bill to replace 3 sensors ...?
And to get charged $180- to only confirm what the computer codes already told us seems rediculous.

Hi Matt,
Due to the multiple faults stored in the system we performed circuit testing on multiple systems.  We do this so we do not guess when replacing sensors due to the fact many times there are issues with wiring or control modules. Unfortunately Volkswagens are quite complex and repairs can get quite pricey at times.  If there was something that was not communicated properly please give us a call so we can clarify any questions you might have.  330-220-5500

The loaner car was ready when I arrived. Royal car care was honest and did a great job fixing my air conditioner. Andy was great to work with and explained everything about what was needed to fix my car. I was extremely pleased with the service.

Dianna said this business is honest. They did good work on her vehicle and she got her vehicle back on time. They are very efficient. They are good and they saved her a lot of money. They gave her a service recommendation and they told her that her outer tire rods were no good, She took the vehicle back to the facility she purchased it from and they corrected the issue. She is very grateful that they made her aware of this issue otherwise she would have paid out of pocket.
