Overcharged and underserviced
This shop did not fix my car, called me multiple times about how frustrating it was to work with my small car (which they knew going in), skipped a screw upon reassembly which then caused it to overheat again, and also turned a hose clamp which dented my hood from the inside. They refuse to fix the hood dent. They first tried to blame the tire shop (who put tires on from the underside). They told me they take photos of every car, but conveniently lost mine. Then they changed stories and tried to tell me it was dented before it went in. They scammed me for $3 grand and didn’t even fix any of the issues that were happening, just screwed up more stuff. I am a female and feeling very bad about the way they treated my car and my wallet. They are refusing to own up to their mistake, changing stories, and apparently getting rid of the evidence. 0/10 do not recommend.
