Andrew said he took his vehicle to the business because he had a bad water pump that was discontinued. He said he found a new part on Ebay. However, he he had to go somewhere else to have his vehicle repaired because the business would not work on his vehicle. He stated he has a Cadillac and it would take them 5 hours. We are faced daily with the trails of locating parts for all cars. Manufacturers are only producing replacement parts for most cars for 10 years. We spent over an hour researching to try and assist you with the repair. Our repairs come with a 12 month or 12,000 mile warranty parts and labor. We can only offer that with the parts we supply for the repair. Due to the labor intensive repair for your 1998 model we could not use your supplied used part.
