Honest and helpful
I took my car in for a muffler repair, and while Ryder’s wasn’t able to do the repair themselves, I greatly appreciate their honesty and help in understanding what’s wrong and recommending someone else that they trusted to do good business. They were honest by telling me that they could fix it, but that the cost to have them do it wouldn’t be worth it, and they apologized and gave two recommendations for other places. This was my first time going to Ryder’s, and even though they didn’t fix the issue, I would go back because of their honesty.
