Helpful, efficient service.
I was taking a long road trip and wanted to make sure my car was ready. Santos Auto Service made every effort to meet the needs of this customer. The woman behind the counter was friendly and very competent. They called with an update before proceeding with repairs, they took the time to thoroughly answer all questions in a way that was easily understood, and they even offered to be available for advice if I had any issues with the car while on the trip.
