Great work, great price, but.....
the price, the work - the technical experience - all were good. BUT someone from your company got some #$%^&* inside my car - there was grease along the arm rest on the door and seat belt, but there was some clear-ish super sticky substance all over the seat where someone's left rear pocket would have been - took me literally forty minutes to get it out of the car (still haven't washe dmy pants, was treating them first - i noticed it after i got out of the car). i'll remember the positive aspects and the price and the knowledge of your crew, but it being my wife's car - she'll remember how it wasn't as clean (understatement) when we got it back as it was when it was dropped off.you need to make sure the positive aspects aren't covered by someone's memory of a dirty car. FYI - Greg himself was cleaning the driver side of the car next to me - it looked to me like that owner went back in, i guess told ya'll his car was dirty or had the same things mine did - but i wasn't lucky enough to catch it before leaving
