The Schwab team continues to make us feel as if we are respected family members.
Andrea, Brian, and Hillie each welcomed me warmly. They always listen intently and today was no different. After I’d left and gone a few miles, I discovered a new problem, with a loose rear-view mirror of all things…so back I went. The team was busy, of course, but Andrea and Hillie fit me in without hesitation. Fifteen minutes later I was on my way again (thanks, Castro!) without being charged a dime. Yes, it was a small fix, but I’m no mechanic and they all know it! As I said: family treatment! Schwab’s is one of the great perks we enjoy about living on the north side of town…we should all do our jobs as well as they do theirs!
