"true honesty - the real deal"
Went in thinking I needed brakes and oil change. Came back brakes were fine just lots of dirt road dust. Also found 3 issues I can take care of one at a time.

Cannis said he is very upset that he had to pay $172 and the business still could not get his vehicle running. They told him his engine was blown and he would have to pay $3000 to get it fixed. He told them his vehicle was just skipping sometimes but it had nothing to do with the engine. They told him they did a diagnostic and he had taken it to another mechanic, which he also had to pay for out of pocket. They told him it was not put on a diagnose machine because the bolts were still in place, and the only thing wrong was one of his sensors had gone out. He feels as though they should give him his money back since they were not right about his vehicle at all. He would not recommend them at this point for the issues previously stated.

Have called and talked with Jason.  He stated that suretrac people worded it differently than he said.  In talking with Jason, wanted to reassure him of our people and business.  Jason did say that the repairs done to his vehicle were spot on.
