Shavinkumar said this business charged him $75 more than he expected for a part. The original part to be used was an after market part, which would have been free, but it was not available so they used a genuine part and it cost $75. This business should be honest with the customers about what parts they are using, especially when he pays for the repairs ahead of time. For these reasons, he would not recommend this business.

                  I checked with my staff on this and we are very confused with what you are saying. We quoted you $75.00 on the part and we gave you a FREE Diagnoses with a value of $78.50  I do not know of any business that gives away free parts? Please call me and we can discuss.
