Great Experience
We are relatively new Customers to Scott's. This is our first drop of our 2007 Infinity. Used the 'night drop', got a call the next day about the problem, and a part was needed. Said it would be Monday or Tuesday before it was ready. They surprised, and got the part Monday, and completed the fix right away. We were able to pickup Monday Noon. Great phone service, great customer service at Scotts. We'd continue to recommend!
