Jon said the business told him they would pick him up when his vehicle was ready. When he called they said the driver was not available. He had to wait until his wife took him to the business 4 hours later. He was going on a trip to Florida the next day so he wanted to run some errands before he left. The cost of the repair was also more than he was quoted over the telephone. The staff was apologetic but they did good work.

Jon, I am sorry we were not able to come and get you, our driver went home with the flu and was out of work for 4 days. Had I know this at the time I would have picked you up my self.
