Before dropping of my 1999 Jaguar V Plas I had a phone conversation with the front desk. The gent assured me that they could run the diagnostics and indeed had done so for other Jags. Heard the same pitch when I dropped the Jag off. End of next day I got a call saying that they could not finish the testing since they lacked the equipment. The question that comes to mind is why wasn't this known? To be sure it was not a huge inconvenience but it did waste some time causing me to have to wait until after the holiday to take it to another service center. Would I recommend your business to a friend or neighbor? Probably, with certain caveats. Positives . . . very polite and professional front office.
