They are honest folks.
They look at the whole vehicle to make sure everything is in good working condition and if they do find a deficiency they provide you with options in order to take care of it.

Eureka!
I had a problem with a squeaky wheel that I brought to several mechanics who only looked in one place. Scott's staff actually listened to me and found the problem by thinking out of the box. It prevented me from spending twice as much on something I didn't need. I have a new mechanic!
