Failed to give me an estimate. Blunt, to the point of being rude.
I asked if I had to sign anything when I dropped off the vehicle: No
I asked when the car would be ready: Today (loud and gruff)
I called to ask if my car was done: A harsh no. (4 hours after the drop off )
They called me at closing time to pick up my car.
This shop charged me an extra 100 for bringing in nearly new VW blower motor, (3k)without prior notification. 200 dollars for a 25 minute job.
Flat out lied when I called the following day to complain. Yelled at me over the phone denying they hadn't called me.
