Excellence in Customer Service
Susan does an exceptional job of interaction with the customers in reviewing issues for the repairs and maintenance of vehicles. She continues to exceed my expectations in sharing information and looking at alternatives as repairs are prioritized. I have also been impressed by the efficiency of the shop staff in the amount of time spent to complete repairs. This is a shop where I don't feel like I am just getting charges book values for the work that is being performed on my car.
