Refuse to change oil in my car
First my condolences for Paul death. He was a a friend before a dedicated mechanic. Few days ago I called to make an oil change appointment and the new administration said they could not service my car. I was told Paul did it as a favor! All because my car has an oil prelubrication pump. Paul used to go out of his way to honestly service his customers, was he favoring his clients?
