"Great customer service and excellent prices"
I scheduled an appointment for my 1998 Suburban and my son's 2011 Equinox. Just an oil change for them both. With their service special my son also got his vehicle washed and it looked great. My Suburban took a bit longer as they looked at the brakes and noticed they were nearly metal on metal. I asked about the price an agreed to have the brakes done. Pleasantly surprised at their price for the front pads and rotors AND the oil change. Kevin was very friendly and accommodating. While my son and I were in the waiting room, I spoke with a lady also having some work done that day. I asked her if she had used Sipe Brothers in Osseo, MN before. She said she had, thought about it for a minute or so and told she had been going there for repairs for between 20 and 30 years. She also said she wouldn't go anywhere else for her car maintenance needs. That pretty much sold me on Sipe Brothers. The rest was icing on the cake.

"Great Service!"
The staff were so great and easy to work with. When I dropped off my car and herd I was going to walk the rest (only 1 block) of the way to work they even offered to have someone give me a ride! They were quick in fixing my car and provided me with some mail in rebates to help save a little. I felt they were definitely trying to take care of me fairly where some car places I know they try to take advantage, especially of females. I will be going back again.

"Check why car did not start "
Kevin did a check and found nothing causing the issue. We had Sipe bros tune up the car last fall. They checked car and charged us only for 1 qt of oil. Very fair!!!

Dorothy said the first time she went to this business, they were getting ready to close but they still made her an appointment for Tuesday. When she took her vehicle in, they were expecting to see her. They called her by her first name when she walked in. They were very hospitable and they even called her when her vehicle was ready. They did extra stuff to her vehicle because they happened to look under the hood. Their prices were amazing, compared to dealerships. It would have been way out of pocket, just to have them look at it. Since, the price was good, she went a head and added an oil change along with everything else that had been done. There are really amazing, she would like to thank them for being there and she had a good visit all around.
