I love Sisbarro service. My only criticism is that you should listen to the customers more. Too often we are easily ignored because we are seen as lacking in diagnostic experience. Last visit, you guys almost returned my car without fixing what I assured you was wrong. Once you checked it and fixed it, all was well. I have 30 years of driving experience. I have had just about everything go wrong with a vehicle that can. Just remember to give us your honest ear. I didn't even mind paying the diagnostic fee, even though I diagnosed the problem. Ha ha. I appreciate your good work, though. Thank you!
