I was trying to figure out what to do when one of my friends found SOS during a Google search. I've never even heard of these folks so I called not knowing what to expect and hoping for the best. They literally came IMMEDIATELY. I heard them putting on their boots and everything and were out the door in under 5 minutes to get to me. I have no one I can rely on in times of car trouble so I depend heavily on Progressive to save me. When they said they couldn't I was in tears feeling completely panicked and helpless. I am so grateful for these guys! I can't thank them enough for helping me so quickly! I can sleep easier tonight now knowing my car is ready to go when my alarm goes off.
