"Genuine concern for the driver's safety."
My service consultant was very knowledgeable and showed genuine concern for my safety. Even though it took over a week, the problem was fixed, and while they were working on my car, they loan me a car from the dealership. Thank you.

"Quick and Thorough"
We arrived 10 minutes prior to our 6:30am appointment and were greeted immediately. Service technicians were clear communicators, efficient in completing the work we needed, and covered most of the work under warranty or our road hazard coverage on a slowly leaking tire. Our car was ready to pick up after 4 hours, which was hours sooner than we expected with all the flooded vehicles in Houston at this time. Thank you South Loop Hyundai!
