Consuelo said she was having a hard time taking the key out of the ignition, which is what they replaced. She was supposed to get her vehicle back at noon and it wasn't finished until 4pm because they were detailing the vehicle. She will bring the vehicle back in if she keeps having a hard time getting the key out of the ignition.

Michael said the business left a piece of plastic of the vehicle out of place but that it wasn't that big of a problem. He mentioned that the vehicle wasn't ready when promised due to parts being delayed and that is was okay. The delay was two days.

Tim said he was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because he had to bring his vehicle back. There were bubbles and blisters on the bumper's paint job. The right side of the bumper now has the bubbles and blisters since returning from this business for a second time. His vehicle was supposed to be ready on Thursday and it was not ready until Friday because they had to repaint it.
