Thank you for taking the time to respond to our survey as our Customers input is valuable to us. As I recall when you called to bring a clerical billing error to our attention we arranged for an immediate refund. Therefore we are sorry you feel that you can't recommend our business as we continue to strive for honesty and integrity. However every now and then we let something like this slip through, and when brought to our attention or caught in our weekend audit process, we always try to make it right with our Customers.
