"Honest and excellent "
They always communicate the price of any maintenance or repairs upfront, by giving me a call before getting the necessary parts. They are honest about what needs to be done and when.

"Check engine light on"
I appreciate the effort so far, and what seemed like a reasonable possible cause has not fixed the problem. I am taking car back in Friday for further evaluation - hoping part of what I have spent so far can be applied to continuing diagnosis and successful repair.

"Battery issue"
As always, you guys provide honest service and answers at a fair and reasonable cost. I wish I could bring my cars there for warranty and recall work....I'd never step into a dealership service department again

I dropped off my car in the morning as requested and it was out the door following a State Inspection in only about 2-hours. I wasn't the first car in line, so this was very good.

"continued repair for lsoing antrifreeze"
ES was attentive to fixing the problem of leaking antifreeze - I think the first repair actually worked, but when new antifreeze was added if=t may have been put in too fast and there was a air gap that, when the gap passed through the system, made the sensor read that the antifreeze level was low. This was adequately explained to me and I was appreciative of knowing the cause. Very good service and communication.

"New tire and oil change "
Needed an appointment for a new tire and oil change and got a great price and the time slot I wanted. Even received a report card on the condition of the fuilds which gives me confidence in my vehicle.
