Faster Than Expected
My car heater went out right in the middle of a string a days with high temperatures in the high 20's. I called Specialized and asked if the could try to work me in during the next couple days. The told me to drop of my car and they would see what they could do. Ninety minutes after dropping off the car, I got a call that the car was ready, and a new "blower motor" had been installed. The price was fair, and the service was "remarkable."
