Electrical System Repair
My electrical system was destroyed when the employee of a major auto parts store installed the battery backward, shorting out the system. They fixed most of the problems except they didn't fix the horn. When my car died in front of the shop, they said there was nothing they could do to get it into their facility, and they were closing in 30 minutes. So I had to call a towing company After a 40-minute wait, the tow person loaded my car backwards on the flatbed, backed up 50 yards, and unloaded it so it was facing forward in front of Door No. 2. My regular mechanic would have fixed it for a lot less, but unfortunately, he's 25 miles away. And it was rush hour. Would I go back? Yes, if I had to.

Mrs. Logan,
I am sorry we could not get your car jump started but as I explained to you I was by myself and I had loaned out my jumper battery and cables and had not got them back. If I was not alone we could have pushed it into the shop. The problem with you car was not a easy fix. We fixed it correctly back to the way it was originally. I am sorry if you were not happy with our service, if there is anything I can do for you please give me a call.
Thanks, Jeff
