Gus said the business was not customer service oriented. He said they are overpriced and they don't work on the customer's schedule. The facility is clean, but it doesn't seem like they do much business.

The customer was contacted by our store manager. The customer stated that he did not make any of the comments posted. He also stated that he has never had any issues with our service and that if he did, he would contact us directly. Regardless, we always strive to have the best customer service and we always work with the customers schedule.
