The customer indicated that he was fine with that and the tires were only rotated. We honor our policy regarding rotation and balance but make recommendations based on driving patterns and mileage. However, the issue was addressed with the service technician and he was notified by management to always balance the tires if the customer requests. The customer will be contacted to ensure that the issue is resolved.
