Very Pleased!
I am so pleased wih Steckel's service! They are always so pleasent. We have had our cars serviced several times now. The work is always done on time. Rick always tells us what is necessary and what might need to be done before starting the work. Our lasts visit on Thur to pick up our car ended up with me picking up a piece of wire in my tire as I was leaving the yard. I was unaware at first what was making this horrible noise and thought something Rome under the car. I went right back when realizing the wire was slapping around my tire well. Without any hesitation they took my car right in and checked the tire to be sure no damage had been done as I was concerned I might get a flat. Steckel's is a wonderful service center and their staff is terrific. Imight also add we are. Ew to the area and didn't know where to go for car service. After getting gas at Steckel's several times we spoke to them and gave them a try. We are very happy with the service in all areas of professionalism!
