"Appointment Time Confusion"
Service was good and friendly. But I had an 8am appointment scheduled and I asked about how long it would take so I could figure out if I needed to take the bus to work or not and they said :30-:45 min. When I got there he said the technician doesn't get in until 9am so it will be done at 9:30. He ended up just doing my oil change himself which was really nice, but maybe you shouldn't offer 8:00 am appointments if no technician is in at 8:00 am.

Firstly, let me apologize for the appointment confusion. Secondly, let me assure that we will change our policy for taking appointments where the customer is going to wait for the repair to be completed. From now on we will ensure that there is at least 2 technicians scheduled for the customer's appointment time.

Kelly said her experience was good and this facility is wonderful. They do good work and they explain everything. They try to get her the best prices and they honor all their warranties. They don't take long to get to her vehicle and the customer service is great.
