Need more service repair personal
Took my car for service and was told the car was going to be ready in 2 hrs waited 4 hrs until I told the service person needed to back to work and then offer me a rental car. waist half day of work!

Hi Ana,

I see you have had a less than stellar experience. We are striving each day to get better and better. Our ultimate goal is your 100% satisfaction. That being said the Rental car was given as a courtesy for your time. We do not give a car to every person coming in. Also I looked on the paperwork and it showed that your vehicle was promised at the end of the day. Did your service advisor know you were waiting for the vehicle?
