Not great. I got the service done but my car was dirty and not washed or vacuumed. Reason given was California water drought situation. Which is fine. But then yoy should have charged less or given a voucher. After all, Hyundai is saving money by using this convenient excuse.

I understand your frustration about the wash, we are currently working on partnering with a local car wash establishment to accomodate our customers with a wash. The situation was not a choice by the dealership nor to save money. Please email me and I will keep you posted on the coupons for Harvs car wash. Once we do I hope we can turn your 2 star review into a 5 star review.
