I am sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. We pride our shop on being honest with our customers. It was unfortunate that we were unable to complete your job that you agreed to have us do the work on. Instead of causing further issues with the vehicle or having the repair cost more money, we felt best to call you and make you aware of what was happening with the vehicle. We also wanted to be honest of our mistake that we didn't have the proper tools to complete the job to the best of our ability. I would hope that this one experience doesn't turn you away from us completely and we are given the chance to change your mind.
