Phil Basinski went above and beyond the call of duty to acquire and install a new battery in my Camry hybrid. When the weather closed down access to the part in Boston, he persisted in calling dealers locally to find one so that I could make an unexpected trip without having to worry that I'd be stranded with a six-year-old battery in a place where I had no business relationship with a repair shop.
