Tyler said he has mixed feelings about this business. He had high-intensity discharge lights installed and first the blinker popped a fuse during testing. They had no problem checking and replacing that but his halo light wire was burnt as if it had a bad connection and was completely fried. He is going back to have them look at it. He was not too happy about going back so many times. Over all the prices were definitely good and he suggested they keep up the good work.

"Disappointment"
With the amount of money that my family has spent there and the number of cars that we have had fixed there, and the fact that my uncle was the Snap On tool salesman for the company for YEARS, I would not expect to hear that my fiancé, father, and youngest daughter would be disrespected in the manner that they were. If someone is going to be the face of the company and work at the front desk, I would expect that they possess some customer service skills rather than being a bitter bitch simply because we are unwilling to pay more for a transmission than the value of the vehicle. My dad is stuck in his ways and loyal, and I imagine will continue to do business there. I, however, work in insurance, am well aware that the rates charged are more than likely higher than prevailing competitive pricing, and will be looking into other mechanics to do business with, as clearly my loyalty means nothing to this one.

Aaron said this business did an all around great job. His experience was initially poor, but they did fix all of their mistakes to above his expectations, which he appreciates. His vehicle was 2 weeks late because they had to wait on a part to arrive from the dealer, and he had to take it back before it was fixed, but his vehicle is now running wonderfully.
