Joshua Wallace did an outstanding job while we were negotiating/asking questions via the Internet. He represented Tacoma DCJR with integrity. The price was right, there were no surprises, and the car was ready for pick-up when we arrived. Absolutely no hassles and the whole process only took about 1 1/2 hours at the dealership. Using the Internet proved more than efficient and Josh was a major reason for this efficiency. Well done and, yes, we will insist any relatives or friends start with you folks. Would we recommend this business to a friend? Absolutely!
