Service was good = 4 stars, Sales = 2 stars
The Service Dept was pretty responsive. The only improvement was that I was expecting a call when my car was ready to go and I didn't get one. In regards to the Sales Dept, not very happy. We had every intention of buying a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee, but the "boss" had to step out for something (I do believe it was important), however, no back up for him???? We waited 25 minutes and then said forget it. We bought our Jeep in Oly instead. Felt sorry for the salesman who put a lot of effort in educating us on the vehicle. Just a reminder that the customer's time is very important especially on a weekend. Have a backup plan for these instances.
