Actually knew what they were talking about
I brought my car in for a problem I was having with it and when I had described it to the people at Larson they had no idea what I was talking about and tried to charge me $120 just to find out what the problem was. I brought it to Tacoma Dodge instead and described it to them and they knew exactly what was wrong with it and explained that it would not cost me anything because that was a recall on our vehicle. They were friendly and knowledgable.
