First Time for me, the Trucks been here b4
The folks at Tacoma Dodge were kind, courteous, and helpful. They were knowledgeable, and had no problems answering all of my questions. I came in for an overdue Oil Change on my '73 D250 Turbo Diesel (11QTs). I allowed 2 Hours for my appointment. They were able to get me in and out in 78 minutes. The Technician detected a leak from my Drive Shaft Seal. On a FREE follow-up I asked for, another Technician verified the findings. They also printed off a Maintenance History Report, showing the Truck's past services there. WHEN YOU HAVE TO GO THE DEALER FOR A PART OR SERVICE, IT CAN BE PAINFUL, EXPENSIVE, FRUSTRATING; but it's not like that at Tacoma Dodge. They've got the cheapest labor/service in town; have a huge, clean, facility; great staff, a good environment, convenient location, and my business for life. ~Robert_Garcia
