I was in Owasso on business and stopped for a quick bite at a nearby restaurant and as I was leaving a gentleman that had just walked in asked if I was driving the blue Infiniti in the parking lot. my reply was yes, and he informed me that my rear tire was almost flat. He said take it to Tate boys, will not being from the area I was unaware who and where Tate boys were at. It was a couple of hundred yards away and I stopped by dropped off my car to have the flat repaired, and spoke with a nice young man named Joshua Bollig. I was close to where I was headed and just walked to my appointment after he informed me it would take about an hour. When I returned I was greeted by Joshua and prepared to pay for the repair. To my very pleasant surprise he informed me that there was no charge. What great customer service since I had not been a previous customer, but you can be guaranteed that I will be from now on.
