Awful
This place completely ripped me off they sold me a lemon and now I'm stuck with it. They also advised me i would be stupid not to buy an extended warrenty in which it has covered non of what's wrong with it. They also switched name on paperwork so instead of myself owning the car my co signer does I have no rights to the car and I'm also not establishing any credit. I have contacted a lawyer and I'm dealing with this case in a legal matter.

We understand that you are very upset that the warranty company will not cover a catalitic converter and it is an expensive part. However, you have owned the vehicle over 6 months. We tried to reach out and offer to cover the labor and even half the part. Most would agree this is more than fair considering the time frame, yet you insist on having the dealer make the repairs. As far as the paperwork goes, both parties signed in front of our sales manager where he and the contract make it very clear of buyer and co-buyer, in addition, the bank Credit Acceptance Corp collects all original copies and calls every customer to verify that all information is contracted correctly before they will release funds. We have copies with signatures of both names in the correct order on the title, loan application, and loan contracts, giving both parties equal rights to this vehicle and also both names are on the credit bureau establishing equal credit. We sincerely value all our customers opinions and are more than willing to come to a fair compromise.
