I am glad we were able to resolve your issue's today regarding the noise, replacing the idler pulley at no charge to you was our pleasure. As I explained when we spoke on the phone yesterday, it would not have been a bother for us to have picked up your vehicle and given you a loaner while we reinspected our previous work, I am just glad that the work we had previoulsy done was perfect !!

Picked up car with now a whine. Thoght it was maybe just me. Another reputable mechanic states timing belt too tight. Callled dealership to set up a fix it for their "repair".
Poor customer service to resolve complaint. Phoned Manager of dealership after unsatisfied with service manager's response. NO return phone call. Now scheduled to bring in the car again, but have little faith in the outcome.
