Good at the basic stuff
I went in for an oil change and also had the service team check why my lights weren't working. They did the oil change fine but left the lid off of my switch box. I didn't know this had happened and took my car then to a body shop I use as well. They then checked and told me about this, warning that had I driven farther the lid that had fallen into the wires below could have got caught in something or even worse being exposed could have caused a more serious problem to the car or an accident! I am lost for words.
