was told '3' different milage readings as to when to bring my car in for service. 5k, 7k and then 10k. was told a dash light would alert me...never happened. reached out to my sales rep. Sam Nobel 2x. No response. Brought the car in at 10k miles. rec'd the service. staff was attentive. still had to ask '3' people as to how frequent car should be serviced. I purchased all warrantees/service plans offered for this vehicle. was told car wash was include. yep...car was not washed and I was told that service was discontinued due to drought. All this while we were in the process (same day) of purchasing a new truck.
