Took car in for new headlights. They didn't have the lights in stock. Called NAPA who delivered them within 20 minutes and they were installed on the spot for the cost of the lights. Awesome.

Great Customer Service
With no appointment, I was able to take our car up to the shop to have the battery tested. The battery needed to be replaced. It was ordered, delivered, and installed all within a short wait time! Also, it was discovered that a bracket for the battery was missing...that was ordered as well for an install at a later date. We got a call a week later...the part was in...I stopped in and that was installed in less than 10 minutes! Always great service!!!! Thank you!!!!

Urgent Brake Repair
The Sunday before Christmas we discovered our brake pads were shot. Calling the Northend Wrench, they took in our van the next day and returned it the afternoon after Christmas! They fitted us in among their already scheduled reairs! Thanks Dave!

Mary said everyone at this business is fantastic. Her vehicle is 24 years old and they take very good care of it. There are so many woman who go to this business because they treat them well. Every time she has service they drive her home and pick her up when her vehicle is ready. They are so great and she loves this business.
