I dropped my car off for an inspection with a small quarter sized crack in the driver side window. When I returned there was a crack along the entire length of the window. No one bothered to call. They just parked my car in the back like I wouldn't notice when I picked it up. The staff was very disrespectful when I went back in to ask about the crack. I was told it was probably a result of someone slamming the door. Yes that someone had to be a member of your staff. Then I was told it was bound to happen sooner or later like that justified things. That was my last visit if that's how they treat their customers.

When a side window glass has a "quarter sized" rock chip in it, a crack can develop and spread easily. Unless the glass is physically broken-it is not a rejectable state inspection item. We honestly do not know when the glass problem went from a chip to a crack. It may have happened when the vehicle was parked after inspection and the door was closed.  Ms. Savage also admitted it got hit by a rock already the day before, which is not brought up in this review.  We did not say "slamming" the door would cause that.  We said shutting a door with the glass up and it already having a large chip in it can cause a crack to spread. This is an unfortunate situation for Ms. Savage but we cannot be responsible for a side glass that was already significantly damaged.
