Along with detailed explanation of problem they were compassionate, empathetic and didn't take advantage of my pocket book.
Dave was great. I got the feeling he understood my distraught state of mind. I was a women traveling alone and despite the complexity of my problem he got me up and running as quickly and economically as possible. My car drove like a gem and is still running well. Thank you Dave and God bless!
