Sandra said this business advised her the repair would take 3 days but it took 5 days. She was not given a reason for the delay. She did not hear anything from them until the vehicle was done. The final cost went over their original estimate. Her husband was the one who dealt with them so she is not sure about the way he was treated by the personnel.

Gladys said they were very good and she liked their work. It took longer but it was not their fault. She had access to a loaner vehicle. It wasn't ready on a Friday because the insurance company didn't get a check out to them in a timely manner. Instead, it ended up being ready the following Tuesday. Everything went smoothly and she was pleased. The shuttle service was perfect and it all went fine.

Bridget said she visited this business and they gave her a really fast estimate. They called her to let her know how the repairs were going. Originally, they had told her it would take 5 days and it only took 4 days. It was a relatively stress free experience.

Kathryn said the bumper is not settled all the way in. When she pushes on it the part goes back in. It is not significant but may be worth looking at. The customer service, speed and paint were spectacular.
