"Great service and job Nick!"
Nick did a great job getting our car issues resolved and taken care of in a timely manner and for less than was quoted. Nick even got me a 2016 Tuscon loaner to drive and we have now decided that that would make a great 2nd car and am working with Keith C. to make a deal.

"The "Speedy Lube" is anything but speedy. "
Many times when I pull in there are 3-8 cars already ahead of me. Luckily on my fourth try there were only two cars ahead of me. One time I was even sent to the dealer service for an oil change. And after waiting for over an hour, my car still hadn't moved to the shop. I left. Service at this dealership has declined significantly over the last few years!

I am srry for the long wait times on your oil changes. We have increased our Speedy Lube facility hours to 7 days a week and have installed another lube pit to try and aleiviate the wiat times. Our business is growing every year and our client base expands as well. We understand the frustration of long lines and are trying to address the issue as best as we can.

"Best Service Department Ever"
I took my 2016 Hyundai Tucson Limited in for its first service. The gang at Titus-Will Hyundai performed the firmware update needed for my transmission and even reminded me about it when I checked my Tucson in. I was informed on what the service was going to cover and even given an estimated time on when they will be done with my Tucson. When complete my Tucson was returned to me with a clear explanation of what was done with paperwork and a free car wash. I also received an email with all the details which was something I was not expecting and totally surprised about. I can not recommend Titus-Will Hyundai enough for a place to purchase a vehicle and get your Hyundai serviced.

"Friendly and Courteous"
The "crew" at Titus-Will Hyundai (mechanics, service reps, sales staff, finance-finders, phone-answerers) are all helpful, friendly, and courteous. None of the males have never even snickered at some of this female's questions! Thanks for being there for me!

I am sorry for the "ping pong" around. We try to actually help eliviate the wait time here at the main shop when the Speedy Lube gets busy. I am not sure of what transpired but I can assure you I will discuss with the advisors up there and make sure the lack of communication between locations is resolved.
