Todd's Service Center, Todd himself, and all of his employees are one the only people beside my VW Dealer and myself that I trust to touch my car. I'm a car nut, and do almost all work on my vehicle myself. Recently faced with an issue of random stalling and power loss issues on my 2008 VW Jetta S that I was unable to nail down a cause on, I turned to Todd's for assistance. After a TON of work by Todd's in investigating the cause, contacting dealers and dealer mechanics amongst many others, it finally boiled down to an intermittent short in the underhood fuse box that was shorting out the ECM. It took 3 ECM's, countless man-hours, and a relentless attention to detail to nail the issue down and ensure it was fixed, but all of that came in stride to Todd and his crew.
When faced with an issue that is either beyond my own scope technically or time availability wise, I've always turned to Todd's for help and they've always delivered with great quality work and a relentless pursuit of tracking down the root cause of a problem, rather than fixing the symptom.
