Essie said this business had them purchase the part for the vehicle. It was the wrong part. The part had to be returned and the correct part ordered. The service was long and tedious.

ESSIS HAD REALIIZED THAT SHE ORDERED WRONG PART. WHEN WE COMPLETED REPAIR SHE WAS ESTATIC ABOUT GETTING VEHICLE BACK.
SUPPLIER SHE BOUGHT USED PART FROMĀ  WE DO NOT DEAL WITH DUE TO POOR QUALITY. ALL OTHER SUPPLIERS WE DEAL WITH COULD NOT COME UP WITH PART SHE NEEDED.
HER DAUGHTER MICHELL PICKED UP VEHICLE AND WAS HAPPY.
